Is this actually free?
Yes. No account, no credit card, no watermark. There is a daily limit per IP so things stay fair, but the files you get are yours to use on any store, any marketplace, including paid ads.
What sizes will I get for each platform?
All outputs are 1:1 square JPEGs. Amazon and Etsy come back at 2000x2000. Shopify and WooCommerce at 2048x2048. eBay at 1600x1600. TikTok Shop at 1080x1080. These match each platform recommended size, so the file uploads cleanly without the platform resizing it again and softening it.
Why pad with white instead of cropping?
Cropping risks cutting off part of the product, which gets listings rejected on Amazon and looks unprofessional everywhere else. Padding to square preserves everything in your photo and produces the exact aspect ratio every marketplace expects.
Why does every platform want a square image?
Marketplace grids, search results, and the mobile carousel are all built around square thumbnails. Non-square photos get letterboxed, cropped, or center-stretched by the platform, which makes your listing look worse than your competitors. Going in already square avoids all of that.
Should I remove the background first?
For Amazon and TikTok Shop main images, yes - they require a pure white background. Run your photo through our background remover first, then drop the white-background JPG into this tool. The padding will blend seamlessly with the cutout. For Etsy, Shopify, and lifestyle shots, you can usually skip the background remover.
What formats can I upload, and why is the output JPG?
Upload JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC (iPhone photos), AVIF, GIF, or TIFF. Output is always JPG because every marketplace prefers JPG for product photos - it loads fast and is universally supported. If you need a transparent PNG, use our background remover instead.
Can I pick just a few platforms instead of all of them?
Yes. By default all 6 sizes are selected so you get everything in one shot, but deselect any you do not need before hitting resize. Skipping platforms you do not sell on saves time and a couple of seconds of processing.
